NYC Finance Industry Professionals Show Great Support for St. Mary's Kids
Top professionals from the financial services industry in New York have shown their profound dedication to helping kids with special needs at St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children by supporting the 5th annual Cocktails with a Cause, a premier open bar and networking event.
The first-class event was held at the luxurious Gansevoort Hotel on Park Avenue South in New York City, where over 300 guests attended, including actor Stephen Baldwin and media correspondents Gio Benitez and Sandy Kenyon.

St. Mary's Participates in 2015 BGC Charity Day
St. Mary's was a proud participant in the 11th annual BGC Partners' Charity Day on Friday, September 11, 2015, in commemoration of 9/11. Iconic baseball legend Roy White, who played for the New York Yankees was our celebrity trader at the prestigious event.
Every year, BGC Partners and Cantor Fitzgerald, in conjunction with the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund, commemorate the 658 employees and the 64 Eurobrokers employees who perished on September 11, 2001 by distributing 100% of their global revenues on Charity Day to the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund and dozens of charities around the world. To date, BGC Charity Day has raised approximately $113 million for charitable causes around the world. St. Mary's was honored to be a benefiting charity.

St. Mary's Community Garden Gets Big Boost with $15,000 Grant from Nature's Path Organic Foods
St. Mary’s Hospital for Children is pleased to announce that we have been selected by the Nature's Path Organic Foods Gardens for Good program to receive a $15,000 grant to enhance St. Mary’s Community Garden— a fully accessible garden to be used by the young patients at the hospital. The Gardens for Good program supports the work of nonprofit organizations that are empowering their local communities through organic urban agriculture projects.
St. Mary’s Community Garden is a part of the Farm to Table program, which provides an engaging, fun and strategic way to get St. Mary’s Kids excited about nutritious eating. Once complete, the Community Garden will provide access to urban gardening and enriching instruction for several hundred children, families and educators throughout our region.
