Thank you for visiting my page I am proudly part of the Team Caterina<3 page for the Walk for St. Mary's Kids. St. Mary's, where big hearts help little patients, is the leading resource for children with special needs and their families.
Caterina Grace spent half of her short life here at St. Marys as she was too sick to be home with her family following her birth on November 15th 2016. Sadly, Caterina passed away on February 27th 2017. Her spirit, strength, and memory live on in all of her family and friends hearts. We are walking to help raise funds and awareness to support kids with special and complex medical needs and the important programs and services at St. Mary's as they took such amazing care of Caterina Grace and many of Leah & Anthonys's sweetest memories were through the therapies she received at this special hospital. We will also proudly promote the Caterina Grace Foundation that we are working to establish.
Please join Team Caterina and walk with us on this day in loving memory of Caterina or make a donation and help make a difference for some of New York's most remarkable children.
